Our technician connects with you via smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Through a secure video connection, we gain a clear picture of the situation. This allows for accurate analysis and step-by-step instructions – directly at the machine, without the need for travel. The remote service runs entirely in your browser and requires no additional software installation.
If needed, we send a technician to your site who works directly on the machine while being supported in real time by control system experts. This combination of local presence and remote expertise is ideal for resolving complex issues efficiently. When equipped with data glasses, the technician has both hands free, and our specialists can guide the repair process with even greater precision.
We do not pre-order spare parts blindly. Instead, our technician inspects the machine on-site and identifies exactly what is needed. This avoids unnecessary parts shipments and helps reduce repair time.
