Repair Service for CNC Controls, Drives and Spindle Motors

Our workshop in Ratingen is specialized in the repair of CNC components. We repair controls, drives, and spindle motors – fast, reliably, and with high technical expertise. We handle both current models and older systems. Thanks to our in-house spare parts storage and short communication paths, we can complete many repairs in a short time. Because we continuously refurbish and replace worn components, we always have the right spare parts available – even for for machines that have been in operation for more than 40 years.

CNC Control Repairs

We carry out all repairs of Mitsubishi Electric CNC controls in-house. Each control unit is marked with a unique code, allowing clear identification. This enables us to document the entire service process in detail. Every repaired unit is tested under real production conditions.

Drive Unit Repairs

We also inspect and repair drive units at our Ratingen workshop. We identify faults, replace defective parts, and carry out thorough testing after each repair.

Spindle Motor Overhaul

We restore Mitsubishi Electric spindle motors to top condition – precisely and reliably. Our service goes far beyond replacing bearings or adjusting encoders. We also repair broken shafts, damaged housings, or short-circuited windings. All work is carried out in-house. This ensures high quality and fast turnaround times. After repairs, each motor undergoes testing under realistic operating conditions.
